ABOUT ME
Ross Payne BSc (Hons) Ost
Registered Osteopath NZRO
Registered ACC Treatment Provider.
I was born and raised on the island of Jersey in the English Channel Islands. I had various experiences with physical therapy when growing up and developed an interest in function and structure of the body.
After relocating to London I completed osteopathic training at the British School of Osteopathy in the year 2000.

I moved to New Zealand in 2002 and became a lecturer and tutor at Unitec on the Masters of Osteopathy course. Over the following 12 years I continued developing my osteopathic 'tool box' by completing a comprehensive postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy.

To support my therapeutic treatments I also developed a strong yoga practice which has many parallels with osteopathy in exploring the correct structure and function of the body.

In my spare time I am a pathological renovator of houses, I will try my hand at most things DIY and love to potter in the garden.

Growing up on an island, I am never happier than when I'm at the beach or playing in or on the water. This brought me to the beautiful Matakana coast in 2008 where I put down roots in Matheson's Bay.

Until recently I have been working between Auckland and Matakana but will now be focusing on working full time between the clinic at Quintal road and from home in Matheson's Bay.
